I used to write the minutes for my condo board meetings. It was torture, because when the discussions and decisions got tough, the Board members wanted me to put as little as possible about any discussion prior to the decisions. It would appear that the general rule is that only decisions should be put in the minutes, so I'm interested to see that in Portland, they record everything. I think there's plenty to be said for that!
